2. Make initial payment, to reach us within 10 days of reservation.
3. Make final payment, to reach us 30 days before your trip date or by May 1st (see details).

RESERVATION DETAILS
Before May 1st

Your initial deposit is due within 10 days of reserving your trip.  Final payment is due 30 days before your trip date or by May 1st, whichever is earlier. 

After May 1st

If reserving within 30 days of your trip, full payment is required at reservation time. 

There will be a $15 per person processing fee for reservation changes, such as dates or activities within 30 days of trip.  Due to our complex scheduling and trip logistics, the deadline for changes to your trip is 10 days prior to your reservation date.  When using a credit card for payments, we require payment to be made with one card.  If multiple credit cards need to be used, there is an additional $10 service fee per card.  When sending checks or correspondence, please include your reservation number with your name or organization in order for us to apply your payment properly.

MRA must enforce a strict cancellation policy considering that we incur substantial expenses before each trip departs and, in the event of late cancellations, can not recover costs, nor can we make refunds.  We operate under stringent federal regulations, which restrict the number of guests per trip and the number of trips per season.  Guides and other personnel employed by Mountain & River Adventures are not authorized to make or promise trip refunds or trip credits.  Such determinations can only be made by company management.

Mountain & River Adventures reserves the right to refuse service to any individual or group.  Reservations are not considered confirmed until MRA receives a fully executed copy of this document.  I have read and acknowledge the stated reservation cancellation policy.  By signing this form you are affirming that you understand our cancellation policy and accept the conditions within.  Please complete and return immediately.

PARTICIPANT FORM

Each adult who participates in any of our adventure trips or shuttles will complete our Participant Form.  Additionally, we request that folks participating in our full day trips and/or overnight trips also complete our Participant Information form for all adults and children, so that we can be fully prepared for your trip and anticipate all of your needs out in the wilderness.

Any children, under the age of eighteen who participate in any of our adventure trips and Kids Camps must bring a Participant Form, completed by a parent or guardian, before being allowed to participate.

We offer very competitive rates, unforgettable adventures, and a FREE spot for every 12th person choosing to participate in an MRA adventure (discount not applicable to camping or Saturday Lower Kern trips)!
