Our two-day Lower Kern is the ultimate in Kern River trips. This trip has the perfect progression for beginning paddlers and eases you in to a little more challenging white water by your second day on the water. The first day starts off with plenty of class II and III rapids that allow the crews to hone their skills before dropping into some rapids that will get everyone ready for bigger water the next day.

The second day allows paddle crews to challenge themselves through a series of eight class IV rapids. We pause for an excellent lunch along side the river and even stop at a jump rock where guests can plunge into the river from new heights. This trip is perfect for those looking for new experiences to share with family such as a family reunion, a way to reunite the whole clan, settle your pace down and just have some time for reconnecting with each other in nature.
